She will give you a packet of the process from start to finish, she keeps you updated on what is happening and informed of what it means, she has good connections which made the process easy. She gives accurate ballparks and she works with you and your pace. I wanted a home, I heard how much it was going to be, I delayed buying a home. She said cool. When I was ready, I told her and we picked up where we left off. No pressure, no stress, no regrets. She clearly knows what she is talking about. Bright passion to do it correctly and do right by you. No fault of hers, but there was one negative: a mortgage servicer made a minor mistake, but she (and several other people) were shocked that the servicer had made that mistake. I dropped that one and went with her other recommendation (I did try looking for alternatives on my own, I had no luck finding better rates).
