We contacted Nate after our neighbor's went to Pending Sale after 2 days on the market. Upon our first meeting, Nate was prompt, courteous, took time to explain his process of Real Estate and we were sold. From the photographers he chooses to make you house looks it best and be ready for market to the final signature at closing, Nate was there. Any questions we had, we could email or shoot a quick text and Nate made sure to get back to us. The whole process of working with Nate was as smooth as can be. Nate did a fantastic job helping find the perfect home! Nate responded to texts and emails promptly and was available to show me homes when it was convenient for me. He was knowledgeable and because of that I avoided homes with underlying issues that would have caused problems for me in the future. Nate was fantastic reaching out to the realtors on potential homes and put together an offer that not just got me a home but a better price that was lower than the one I was willing to offer. On top of that Nate is kind caring and compassionate. Buying a home is one of the most stressful life changes and from showing to closing everything went smoothly and Nate kept on top of all aspects of the process including checking in with my mortgage broker to ensure we were all on task! I have already and will continue to recommend Nate to everyone!
