He was very easy to reach via email, phone, or text and when we did miss each other he always made sure to contact me back very quickly. When we received some bad news about our first offer not being accepted Nate took it upon himself to help widen our search. He made calls to the school we wanted our child to attend to add a few developments to the search that the internet said went to a different school but which actually had freedom of choice. He also called other realtors around the area to find out if any homes were about to come to market. The home we purchased was a direct result of this efforts.
