Nate was extremely responsive, knew the local market and exactly what to do to get the property ready. We had everything staged with new appliances, hardware and lighting fixtures within two weeks and his team was flawless with the listing. The first showing was an hour after listing and by the end of the weekend we had eight offers! Nate led us through the negotiation process and we accepted a cash offer for $50K more than we were expecting going into the process ($25K above the $300K list price).
