We just purchased a home in Palm Coast, FL with the help of the Gwilt Team. Jonathan Villafuerte was our point person for everything, and was wonderful. We moved from MD, so he arranged multiple virtual video tours of houses we were interested in, as well as helped us find a home inspector and an unpacking service for our move, among other things. He was essentially our local presence. We couldn't have done this without him, and would recommend him and the Gwilt Group to anyone buying a home in Florida.

Joe helped me a lot! I could tell he has many knowledge of everything about houses. He dedicated to us even on his day off.
