Natasha sold our house in Mechanicsburg in late 2016. She was brilliant. We moved out of state and she took it from there. She handled the bidding process for the painters and contractors we used to spruce up our house. She was excellent. We had one issue come up and Natasha dealt with it head on and in a professional manner. We never had to travel back to PA to deal with anything and were kept up to date at all times. She was great at marketing our house and gave us sound advice when it came to the offers we received. I'd use her again in a heartbeat.

Selling my brothers house was one of the hardest things I have ever had to and I could not have done it without Natashas help. Natasha truly went above and beyond all of my expectations. The fact that I lived out of state did not make things easy but she kept me up to date frequently and let me know what was going on with the house at all times. When we had to have work done on the house she met with countless contractors and saved me from having to make several six hour drives. Since I wasnt local to the area she also recommended some of the contractors to fit our budget. She is not only professional & knowledgeable, but she is thoughtful and kind and was always looking out for my best interests. If I lived in the area I would recommend her to everyone who is selling their home.

Why we liked working with Natasha:* Natasha was always available to us and would always promptly respond to emails or calls. * Natasha over communicates in order to be very clear that she understands what we want and that we understand what she advises. * She did not push us into homes nor did she push us away from homes. Instead, she asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. If we were unsure, we asked her for her personal/professional opinion and only then would she influence our decision. * Purchasing a home is a business transaction, but some of the other agents that we interviewed before Natasha treat the entire process as purely business (very impersonal and all-business). Our experience with Natasha while professional was also very personal, we got to learn about Natasha, her family and likewise she got to know us.
