I listed a property FSBO. When contacted by prospective buyers, I was informed they were represented by Natalie Rakoci as their realtor. I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years, so I have a good understanding of the process. Natalie was very easy to work with throughout the process. There were a few nuances to work through since I was not a realtor but Natalie ensured I was informed. There was an issue with the buyers lender about 3 weeks prior to closing but Natalie informed me immediately. Her expertise and knowledge in the local area allowed her to contact another lender who provided the buyers with the ability to close on the loan in a timely manner.
