Natalie Davis

Natalie is the Broker/Owner of Pink Realty Parker and Northern Colorado. With a passion to lead and serve, Natalie has led as the interim CEO for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, served as the 2016 Chair for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ® and as a Board of Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS ® and on various committees for the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2019, she will serve as the vice chair for the National Association of REALTORS® Member Communications Committee. Her dedication to the progression of the industry has been recognized by receiving the Colorado Young Professional of the Year Award (2016), Colorado Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award (2016), Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ® Rookie of the Year Finalist (2012) and Young Professional of the Year (2014). Natalie is also a graduate of the 2015 Colorado REALTOR ® Association Leadership Academy. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Baylor University. Having the philosophy of being a lifelong learner, she also received the National Association of REALTORS ® designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist equipping her with the additional tools needed to help in fulfilling the needs of mature adults in the community. She also holds a designation as a Certified Negotiations Expert and also a proud member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Mile High Network. Passions & Involvements Natalie is also a certified Art of Feminine Presence Instructor. The Art of Feminine Presence is a body of work that is ideal for women who want to be seen and heard with confidence, so they can ultimately STAND OUT from the crowd and make a positive difference they want to make...without having to "push" and struggle to be seen as their masculine energy. In addition to being an AFP Instructor, Natalie is currently a Ninja Selling Instructor in training for the Ninja Selling Sales System created by Larry Kendall. The Ninja Selling system is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and more about how to create value for people.
