Natalie served as a buyer's agent to assist my wife and I with the purchase of a 3BR, 3BA ocean front condo in Myrtle Beach SC for investment purposes. We were extremely pleased and satisfied with her representation. After describing our criteria for the condo we desired as well as our budget, she found and made appointments for us to tour about half a dozen condo that met our desires. She had all the information we needed about each to assess each's potential as an investment property. Once we settled on one unit, she negotiated a fair and reasonable offer that was acceptable to us and the sellers. After the acceptance of the contract, Natalie stayed with us through the closing handling many of the minor details with ease. We highly recommend Natalie.
