Our experience with Natalie Bell was the BEST I've ever had in real estate dealings. She is professional, knowledgeable and made the process of buying/selling so easy. We recently sold our small fixer upper in search of something a little newer and bigger. After viewing an open house one Saturday morning we asked her about a couple other homes we had seen on Zillow. She immediately called the agents and got us in to view the homes within 20 minutes! We wound up buying a newly built home and she was so helpful in negotiations. We were unaware that many builders don't include the driveway and final grading/seeding of the home into the price. Natalie made sure everything was included upon closing. Natalie is truly an expert in her market. We sold our home for exactly what we wanted and were under contract within a month!I highly recommend using Natalie for any of your buying/selling needs. She was a pleasure to work with!

Months before purchasing my house I had watched my sister thrown through hoops while purchasing her first with another realtor... lets just say I wasn't much looking forward to the experience after that. Natalie was highly reccomended to me by a friend who had also recently purchased their first home. Through the whole process she communicated very well not only with myself, but with the lender, as well as the selling agents. Natalie is friendly, honest, and personable and never once made me feel pressured into a decision or sale. Over the months we spent looking at houses she provided many useful pieces of advise and reccomendations. Overall, I don't think the whole thing could have been less stressful. I realized quickly that finding a quality realtor is the most important part of the process when coming in as a first time buyer, and I can't say enough good about my experience with Natalie.
