About Natalie Basore

As a Real Estate Investor and homeowner, I know what it is like to be in a buyer and seller's shoes. In my first career path, as a Registered Nurse, I learned how to take care of people, show compassion and empathy, maintain efficiency, and to pay attention to the details. The real estate field and every transaction is different. In order to be a highly successful realtor one must know how to navigate the hurdles, communicate effectively and stay on top of the process at all times. I pride myself in knowing that I work hard every day for each of my clients and will always treat them as if they were my family or close friends. Since starting my career in 2016, I have transacted over 75 million dollars in sells.When I started my team, The Basore Realty Group, I looked long and hard at which brokerages in the market understood and recognized that the way people buy and sell homes is changing. Fathom Realty is by far and large the biggest disruptor in the Real Estate industry and they understand the tools and technology needed to sell or buy your home in the most efficient and technologically advanced way the market has ever seen. When I started hiring members of my real estate team, I made sure each individual was ethical, and driven to do what is best for the client and put the clients needs first at all times. When I aligned myself with title partners, vendors, etc. I made sure the groups that I would eventually refer my clients to also held this same philosophy.
