She has lots of knowledge. Very professional. She helped me find property for investment. Then she even helped me with the figures. Gave me professional carpenters, roofers, plumbers, and electrians. Made sure I was knowledgeable of risks. Even suggested how much rent I should charge. What type of tenants I should rent to. How much should I accept for their deposits. What colors I should paint the interior and exterior of the property. Advice with what I should do with the driveway. Which updates can wait.
