Back story firstaEUR|I was moving to South Jersey but was not familiar with most of the areas and had been put in contact with a realtor. I asked the realtor for some help with what areas to look at for houses-she told me to drive around and look. Well, every town has nice areas and not so nice areas. This advice didnt help me Much. So then I asked to see some house listings in my Price range. She said shed get back to me. 3 days went by and nothing. I gave up on her. I asked some new friends for recommendation and I was referred to KATIE KUNZ! Immediately, immediately I knew she wanted to find me a house! My wife and I purchased our first home in early September 2025 and we cannot thank Naoji Moriuchi enough for his help throughout the entire process! As a recent first time homebuyer, I did not know the importance of having a good agent. I figured anyone can do paperwork, so what does it matter. I couldnt have been more wrong. If you are serious about buying property, look no further. To put it simply, Jane gets things done. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain things in simple ways. If you ask for something, she is on it at an alarmingly fast pace. And possibly the most important quality, she is an absolute joy to work with. My fiancA(C) and I were able to get our dream home, not because we put in the highest offer. We got it because of Janes great reputation amongst the agent community. The sellers agent was someone that had worked with Jane in the past, and due to the great previous experience, there client was swayed to go in Janes direction and take our offer. I could not recommend Jane Hipple enough. If I ever am in a position of needing an agent again, I know the first and only call Ill need to make.
