Nancy has many years of experience in the local real estate industry. She first acquired her Associate Broker's License in 2007 and has been a top agent in Douglas County consistently exceeding millions of dollars of production per year. Specializes in Investment Properties, Residential and Farm Properties. Nancy serves all of Douglas County Oregon and Coastal areas.

She has a strong passion in farm/forest properties but also enjoys and is proficient in all segments of the real estate trade. She has many years of hands-on experience to help buyers and sellers of residential and investment properties throughout Roseburg and the surrounding areas. In 1996, Nancy moved to the Umpqua Valley from Spokane Washington with her husband Delbert and son Bradley. She has a degree in electronics and has been in the customer service field for over 30 years. Together, they enjoy outdoor recreation from gold panning, fishing, camping, rock collecting and farming pigs on their farm.
