I have never bought or sold a home before and I needed to sell a family house in NY even though I lived hours away and could not be present for any of the process. It looked like a dizzying road ahead with zero idea how to proceed. I met Nancy through a letter she sent offering to represent us and it was one of the best things that ever happened to me in my life.
