I have never bought or sold a home before and I needed to sell a family house in NY even though I lived hours away and could not be present for any of the process. It looked like a dizzying road ahead with zero idea how to proceed. I met Nancy through a letter she sent offering to represent us and it was one of the best things that ever happened to me in my life. This sale was crucial to me for many reasons and she handled it from A to Z as if I was her own family. She lived nearby and was on top of every aspect of this sale. Throughout various parts of this complex process, she served as a photographer, appliance handywoman, cable/wi-fi tech, furniture mover, postal carrier, caretaker, locksmith, security system installer, plumber, mediator, witness, security guard, paralegal, teacher, coach and friend. Through all of it, she was always professional, kind, caring, patient and funny. Her reliability was not just good, it was perfect. Not once was she ever not available within moments for any question, comment or concern. She had a fantastic network of professionals and gave references and guidance to experts in all areas of the sale who helped immeasurably. She willingly sacrificed personal time every time we needed anything. In the end, she found a beautiful family who purchased our home for more than our original asking price!! I cannot imagine what anyone would ever look for in an agent to sell their home that Nancy Terracino does not offer. To Nancy, selling your home is not just business, its personal.
