About Nancy Savik

I have been in or around the real estate world since 2006 both in real estate and mortgages. I found Montana in 2006 with my two sons and knew this was the place I wanted to live. It took me several years and many more vacations here before I was able to make it final. I moved here in August of 2014 and I've never looked back. Montana offers all the things I've always wanted... Warm beautiful summers, gorgeous lakes (without alligators), winters with snow, mountains with views for miles and more outdoor activities than you can even imagine. I spend every minute that I can being outside and never taking for granted the beauty that surrounds me here. My husband, Jared Savik, a third generation Montanan, and I are always out dirt biking, boating, fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing both cross country and competing in archery or tactical shoots. Besides all of our outdoor adventures, I love my career.. I truly enjoy showing people the area and watching them fall in love like I did. Now, I have teamed up with my son, who also has a mortgage background but converted to real estate over a year ago. Jared and Nancy make a great team in real estate. Jared's on site knowledge was outstanding, his attention to detail was on point. He spent ample time while photographing our house and his patience while explaining the process was beyond what was needed. Nancy is an encyclopedia of knowledge with todays market and the selling/buying process. She stays up to date on information which was a breath of fresh air. Their performance while selling our home was so impressive, we decide to stick with them while looking for new property. Jared and I have looked at every single piece of property that caught my eye, which has turned out to be an impressive amount of miles. He shows up with every detail on the property and a locals knowledge of the entire area that the property has to offer. Being a local to North West Montana Jared is a plethora of knowledge and with Nancy in the office waiting to answer any question that happens to pop into my head, these two have been nothing but amazing.

Nancy did an amazing job for us on finding a property that would accommodate our wants and needs. With the volatile local market around Kalispell MT and houses flying off the market, Nancy found us a new listing in Kila MT. We were not able to make visits to view new listed properties because of out of state logistics and the associated costs of traveling. Knowing the market volatility and good houses selling within days of listing, Nancy was able to FaceTime a walkthrough and we were ecstatic with her thoroughness. After the walkthrough completion and discussions with Nancy we were able to make an accepted offer. Nancy was such a friendly, professional & knowledgeable agent. I was a first time home buyer. I had no idea what to expect or how the process really worked. Nancy explained each step along the way & in detail. She was actively & consistently sending me suggestions of homes to view. She would even pre-view homes if I was unavailable at certain times. I grew to trust her very quickly with what I wanted in a home & felt that she was very upfront & honest with me through out the process. She listened to my concerns & preferences and responded accurately & accordingly. I found the perfect home and she stood beside me & supported me through every step while we were in contract. I have heard that home buying can be a very stressful process. I personally didn't have a stressful experience, but can clearly see how it could turn out horribly if you don't have the right agent working with you. I am so grateful to Nancy for how invested she was in helping me find the perfect home. I would joke with her.. "when is the stressful part going to start?"
