Nancy helped us buy our home a few years ago, the experience was so wonderful that we asked her to help us to sell the same home when we were relocating due to work and I am so thankful we had her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area. She has such a positive energy, communication was always prompt and smooth; she answered every single question we had without keeping us waiting. Nancy has also incredibly effective and elegant negotiation skills, she worked so hard to get us everything we wanted and empowered us to do so. She is so professional but also friendly, gracious, and someone who genuinely cares. To illustrate that, a few months after we sold our home, a package was erroneously delivered there. Nancy went all the way to pick it up and mail it to our new out of state address. We highly recommended her! Thank you Nancy!
