She responded to our emails and texts promptly and made sure we had all the information possible. She had a good idea of what we were looking for, and she pointed out several pros and cons that we had not considered, which really helped us to make a decision. She emphasized the importance of staying within our set budget, and did not push us to make a decision, which we really appreciated. After we put an offer, she helped us navigate the mortgage and escrow process, and provided the bank and the escrow company with necessary information promptly. She also negotiated to get us credit as some updates were needed in the house (paint, garage door, etc.). She contacted vendors to ask for quotes and also provided us the contact information for a reliable handyman. She also got a house cleaning done for us before we moved in.We knew Nancy had our best interests at heart, and we trusted her judgement. From the start, Nancy's sincerity and helpfulness was very reassuring and helped us overcome our "first time buyer" nerves. Throughout the process, she had our best interests in mind. For example, we had our minds set on a particular condominium. However, there was a crack in the garage that stood out as a red flag to Nancy. She independently followed up with the HoA and found out there were was an issue with the foundation below that unit. This helped us avoid the cost of a full-blown inspection.When we eventually found our happy home, she worked with us around the clock to make sure the escrow process went as smoothly as possible. She worked with the seller's agent to make sure that the agreed repairs/enhancements were performed in a timely manner.Overall, Nancy's work ethic, professionalism and courtesy made our home buying experience a memorable one.

ZillowVERIFIEDI dont normally write reviews ahead of a done deal, but I feel compelled to praise Nancys work ethic and her superb degree of caring for us as clients. We are in the process purchasing a new home for our family. My wife and I were eager to pounce on one property where Nancy, however, encouraged restraint. The sellers had multiple offers and wanted a quick closing with very short contingencies. At her encouragement, we begrudgingly backed off from the property. It later fell out of escrow due to multiple inspection problems. This process is exciting yet fraught with hazards. Nancy anticipated these issues ahead of time and prevented us from making a bad decision.Nancy has always answered her phone and/or responded promptly. So far, her expertise has really paid off for us. We are happy to continue with her as our agent.
