ZillowVERIFIEDHoly smokes..avoid this realtor at all costs. We were her listing at 1015 NE 112 St Biscayne Park. It was a fully occupied duplex with happy, paying tenants until we signed with Nancy to sell the property. One unit left & explicitly stated that Nancy was the reason. The tenant in other unit was extremely upset with Nancy and complained to me daily but was still under lease so they stayed. As for the sale of the property. As someone who has bought & sold 100+ properties, I can tell you that this whole thing was mismanaged and an absolute amateur hour, ending with me paying for a lot of things that I shouldn't have paid for. Honestly, it felt like she was working for the buyer and DEFINITELY not looking out for my best interests. Ultimately, I think this is just a desperate person who will do anything for a quick commission. Later did I find the lengthy list of negative reviews on Experience Dot Com and it all started to make sense. I was fooled by the positive Zillow reviews & her initial sales pitch - turns out Nancy actually Knows Nothing.
