She spent a lot of time explaining the ins and outs of the wild Bay Area housing market, about the different kinds of issues homes could have (termites, dry rot, roof, foundation etc) and more. Most of all I really appreciated that she never rushed or pressured us in all the months that we looked at houses together because she recognizes that buying a house is a huge decision.
