Nancy Chen

Nancy Chen grew up in real estate family. Both of Nancy's parents were realtors in Taiwan, and they continued to be in the business after the family moved to New York City, where her father is still an active realtor. When she moved to Hawaii in 2013, Nancy started her own retail business. As a business owner, Nancy fine-tuned her sales and marketing skills, became adept at multi-tasking and creative problem solving, while delivering the best products to her clients. With her family background in real estate, Nancy couldn't resist the call to enter the business so she launched her real estate career in 2015. Nancy Chen is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Hawaii. She is a Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to realtors (only 4% of all realtors have this designation). Nancy has also achieved the designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), assisting mature clients with the best options to make life-changing real estate decisions. In addition to clients who already own real estate in Hawaii, Nancy has worked with many first-time and VA buyers as well as foreign and mainland clients. Nancy speaks Mandarin, Taiwanese and English. With her extended family and friends in Japan, she is also familiar with Japanese language and culture. She enjoys guiding and helping clients navigate through the complex real estate market on Oahu, and she takes pride in helping her clients successfully complete the purchase or sale of a home. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful experience, and Nancy strives to ensure that her client's real estate transactions are completed quickly and efficiently with minimal stress. She focuses on servicing and providing the most update information and knowledge to her clients. In her spare time, Nancy loves to explore the island with her family. Whether it's hiking on Koko Head Crater, watching the surfing competitions on the North Shore or paddling at Kailua Beach, she and her family enjoy the priceless experience of living a Hawaiian lifestyle.
