I met an older woman who never bought a home and she was looking for the "perfect" home. We took our time because she was getting some family money. The house that didn't look good on the MLS and was about to pass on, turned out to be the perfect setting for her. She and I literally sat outside on the patio chatting about her future and life during the showing for an hour. It was meant to be because we are now friends and she loves her new home.

In 2007, as a hobby, I began remodeling my own home which sparked an interest in construction. Later, I learned every aspect of building a house to be an "owner- builder", and having two very young children running around a construction zone house. Then in late 2009, I decided to become an investor / property manager when the market crashed in Northern California. I bought MAJOR fixers to rehabbed and turned into rentals. Since then I managing four personal rental properties. I also manage my own team and mentor new agents.
