ZillowVERIFIEDIn order to give Nancy the fullest, most appropriate review as far as star ratings go, I would need every star in every galaxy in this vast universe of past, present, and future in order to accurately rate the superb quality of work she carried out while she was my realtor. Not only would I need those stars, but if the universe is indeed ever-expanding, I would need all of those stars as well that are being newly created to give her the most accurate star rating to truly reflect and describe the galactic level of dedication she had toward working towards selling my house and freeing me from what was the most difficult situation in my entire life I have ever faced in my near three and a half decades of being on this earth. For many years, I was stuck in a house that was extremely difficult to sell. Due to me being single and in my mid 30s, it was extremely hard to find a community for myself with the surrounding people who were older and had families, although there were a few exceptions. So that created major loneliness. Due to where I was living being around 45 miles and around 45 minutes from Hot Springs itself, I would have to drive nearly 100 miles round-trip just to go to the city to work on top of already the large amount of driving I would do for my job in that city. I would have to rinse and repeat that cycle every time I would go into town to work unless I wanted to sleep in the car in the miserable cold to avoid racking up mileage on the vehicle. This went on for a very long time. I say all these things to present a picture of how desperate my situation was and how much of a positive, profound impact Nancy had had in my life by freeing me from all those chains in which I had locked myself in through buying a house that put me in a situation that was not healthy nor ideal for my age and stage of life due to the kind environment it is in both socially geographically. After having tried to sell this house myself to no avail and after having dealt with other obstacles from other realtors, by the grace and guidance of the Lord Jesus Christ (and I dont say that as a mere expression, but in all seriousness) I came upon this jewel of a realtor who is Nancy Bergeron. Nancy was an answer to prayer during one of the darkest times of my life when I was trying to desperately sell the house to escape the situation. There were many people who expressed interest in the house and many people who came to visit it as a result of her work. Whenever someone said he or she would show up and did not without letting me know ahead of time, Nancy would communicate to that persons realtor on my behalf about the rudeness of making someone take out a large part of their day to prepare the house for someone who did not come to visit. She would answer my peppering questions with much patience and was very easy to get a hold of, unlike many other realtors who abandon you and ghost you after a mere phone call or two when they decide you are not worth their time and effort who see the business of realty only as a paycheck and not also as a way to help people in their darkest of days. Throughout all of my time when working with Nancy, while she was very professional, it also felt like a friendship (and still does), and not simply just a professional relationship. She was kind hearted, hard-working, patient, informative, and very quick to respond to me. Although I did not interact with him as much as I did her, her husband Mark was also very pleasant to be around and talk to and work with. I would not spend your time with any other realtor, unless that realtor is Nancy or Mark or anyone they personally know they would recommend. The Lord was faithful and sent Nancy to be a light in the darkness of one of the bleakest times of my life and a breaker of chains, the likes of which I have never been burdened with before, through bringing the hope of salvation from my situation through selling this extremely difficult hard-to-sell house due to it being so far out, not having central heat and air, and not being around hardly any amenities. Not only did Nancy sell the house, but she even sold it in the dead of winter, which is near impossible to do with a house that is primarily used for summer purposes since it is right by Lake Ouchita. Again, with the millions and millions of stars amongst the millions and millions of galaxies in this vast, possibly ever expanding universe, I would need all of those stars to truly rate Nancy with the amount of stars she truly deserves for her profound successful hard work. If you are looking to buy or sell in Hot Springs or surrounding areas, I would look no further than Nancy and Mark Bergeron.
