Myra was recommended to us by our neighbors who sold their house in Glen Spey, NY. She helped us to fairly price our house and provided guidance on how to offer contingencies to make the buy more appealing. After our inspection, we needed electrical work and a handyman to fix a few open issues. She provided us with the BEST recommendations. It was extremely easy and a pleasant experience to communicate with Myra, including my concerns, hopes and any and all questions I had with respect to the sale of my home.
