Some friends who had used Mykaels services recommended him to me. While we unfortunately werent able to sell my home at that time, I was very satisfied with the service. Although this was my third purchase of a home, it was my first in South Florida. Mykael is everything you want in a real estate agent. He is knowledgable about towns/schools/neighborhoods, but most importantly about the market. In addition to all his work skills, he is very responsive (including evenings and weekends) and has a tremendous sense of humor. We used Mykael to purchase a home in Weston. While he was able to save us 10% off the asking price through crafty negotiating and solid comp research, his true skills go WAY beyond that.... After our contract was signed, our mortgage company dropped the ball(rep went out on leave without filing proper paperwork). This caused much angst to us as well as the seller, missing certain deadlines. Mykael was able to calm us all down and steer the ship safely to port despite rough seas, our closing was not delayed. Our closing has come and gone and we are ecstatic in our lovely new home. However, we would be remiss if we didn't say thank you to our agent (and now friend) who made it all possible. If you are thinking about buying a home (or selling or renting) in South Florida, please look for Mykael, he really is the best!
