I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Myesha Davis. From the moment she answered my very first call, I knew I was in good hands. I had just lost my father and was trying to settle his estate from several states away, with no idea who to call or how to start the process. Birddog Real Estate Group was a Godsend, I highly recommend them. I have been looking for a home for about three years, with two other realtors in the past. With me having to do all the work and not knowing where to start, until I attended a seminar held by Birddog about three weeks ago. I met with Myesha and told her what I wanted and we set up a day to talk that following week and from that day the team has been working and making my dreams come true. When I say working, I mean they did everything, all I had to do was show up. I gave up because of the increasing percentage rates causing the mortgage payments impossible for one person to handle. But not my agent, she was very encouraging and was present every step of the way. With that being said I found my house in the same week and its a brand new home and I will be closing in less than 30 days. I cant express this enough, I'm very grateful for each and everyone who has been there to make this journey possible, and I highly recommend them. I promise you will not regret it.

Myesha has been an angel to my family! I was in a situation where I had 1 month to move. She told me to give her a few minutes to make some calls and she'd call me right back! I was expecting to hear from her the next day, but she called back within the hour with two subdivisions to show me properties. Both new construction, and I signed that day! The process was easy, my closing was scheduled in a 30 day time frame and everything went smoothly ???? she definitely has the right connections to get the job done! Called three realtors. Myesha is the blueprint realtors reading this should follow. She's knowledgeable of the current market. Others wanted to price high and reduce if needed. Not her. She was straight forward and open. Did not give faux dreams or hope. Keep client (me) informed on every step in the process. She was doing business without me feeling she was only thinking of Myesha. I was very pleased and recommend BirdDog realtor. Rehabbing another property for sale will be using her again.
