We have now used Murdock, Manwaring, & Cardon to sell two homes and purchase two homes. We have referred them to several others over the years and have been very happy. There are a few reasons to use them on both the seller and the buyer side of your real estate needs. First, they are just easy to get along with. It is nice to have pleasant and friendly people to work with during what will inevitably be a challenging and stressful time. The kindness and friendliness of the staff made that easier to deal with. Second, they really know their stuff. By working as a team and having focus areas, they are able to spend a lot of time focusing on your specific needs. They also have great visibility into the market for both selling and buying. Third, they are super patient with however many questions you have. Even things we probably should know, they were awesome about answering. There were lots of things we asked about and they always were willing to take the time to explain and ensure we were comfortable. And fourth, they were available. Chad answered right away or returned our calls/messages promptly. It was comforting to know that whatever came up on the selling of our home he would be there to walk us through it. He is experienced and knowledgeable. He gave us sound selling advice. Ashley was always there to respond and help us. I better understand how important a sellers agent is. She had to deal with a lot of showings for us, scoured through many listings and narrowed them down for us, and worked on our schedule. I cannot speak higher for what she did to help us. Connie was amazing as well. Always keeping us on the path and making sure we did everything right. It was awesome to have her keep us straight. I highly recommend the Murdock, Manwaring, and Cardon realty team to anyone needing to buy or sell real estate.

Working with Ashley was my first home buying experience. My husband and I met with Ashley a few months before we were ready to actively start looking to sell our house and buy a new one. She sat down with us, and even though she is a buyers agent, went over our house and gave great advice on what we could do to prepare it to sell. Once we put it on the market, Ashley, and the entire team at Murdock & Manwaring Company, worked to get our house sold quickly and painlessly! We started looking for our forever home and we weren't finding a lot that really screamed "HOME" to us.... until one fateful afternoon when I received a phone call from Ashley saying "I found your home." Sure enough, the moment we walked in the door we knew we were home. Ashley took the time to get to know us, our wants in a home and our needs. We had a couple of hiccups in closing due to the sellers and Ashley helped us navigate through by making sure we understood our options. In the end, I'm so happy I am in my forever home.
