Bio: Chad Murdock and Jeremy Manwaring's first partnership started in the 5th grade. Since then they have been growing businesses together. First selling pest control the day after they graduated from high school After serving 2 year service missions at 19, they came back together in 1997 getting into the mortgage business. They added a For Sale By Owner Magazine in 1999 then a real estate office in 2001. Jessica Cardon joined the pair in 2003 to run the mortgage business and give Jeremy and Chad the freedom to keep adding additional pursuits to the portfolio. Chad became a real estate broker in 2013 and they flipped over 100 homes and listed up to 80% of all the bank foreclosed homes in the area. Through the years, different opportunities took them in different directions. In 2012, Jessica moved back to Idaho from Texas and became the team leader at the Keller Williams office in Idaho Falls. Chad was running a successful independent real estate office in Idaho Falls at that time. Jessica and Chad met up to discuss his vision for the future. He expressed he was more motivated by having people directly accountable to his vision rather than owning a brokerage of independent agents. That fit directly into the KW model and Chad brought his team to KW in 2015. Jeremy rejoined Chad in this effort of growing a high producing sales team and the trio was back on the same track at KW. Chad and Jeremy took their team from 25-30 closed units (with a team of 4) in 2016 to over 219 closed units (with a team of over 20) in 2018, getting them into the Gary Keller top 100 agents in the company. In 2018 after growing the office to over 60% market share, 4 offices and over 260 agents Jessica retired as the team leader and went back into sales with her husband, Tommy and sister, Nichole. After a successful first year, the vision of what they could do together came back into sight and the two teams merged in January 2020. With Jessica and Tommy growing the marketing/branding arm (through The Knowsy Neighbors) and Chad and Jeremy growing the team production, MMC real estate group closed over 487 units in 2020. They are proud to be the Reader's Choice 2021 Best Real Estate Agency and to have the Best Real Estate Agent, Ashley Curry, on the team. They have also been recognized as Real Trends #1 Large Real Estate Team in Idaho and #22 in the US. With a huge vision and even bigger goals MMC has entered back into mortgage and will have even more services coming to create a more satisfying real estate experience for our community!
