As we are not from Whitefish, we needed someone with a good knowledge of the area who was available and responsive to check into properties. Monte was more than willing to do video walk-throughs and provide valuable insight into the pros and cons of each area. He was professional without being too formal, and easy to talk to and work with. He went above and beyond by going to the property several times to pick up packages, meet with contractors, etc. We highly recommend Monte if you need an agent in the Flathead area.
