I was a little nervous when she said she only had one year of experience but after working with her she impressed me time and again. Always at least 10 minutes early for showings, made suggestions for people to get things fixed and repaired for a good price. She worked around my weird schedule and answered questions promptly, scoped out the neighborhood I said I was interested in to see what it was like, and even negotiated with the sellers agent to make sure I was getting everything I was supposed to. (The sellers tried some shady thing.) She made a list of places to I had to call to activate services once I moved in. she was amazingly both professional and personable. I would definitely recommend Mrs Monika to anyone else looking to buy!
