First I would have a zoom meeting with them to explain the process first. This can be very overwhelming and is one of the biggest decisions of their life. So sometimes it is baby steps! If it is an experienced buyer, I would still have a brief meeting with them to find out what their needs are to start. The advice follows after finding out more about their situation.

I would have a zoom meeting or face to face first. Ther are many questions to be asked along with the selling process of the home. I believe sellers need to be educated on how to sell their home and what is all involved.

Investors, wholesalers, first time buyers, sellers and also experienced buyers. I have also worked with buyers looking to purchase commercial properties.

When I first got into real estate one of my first buyers I sold a townhouse to. This past year (4 years later or a bit more) she called me up to help find her and her new husband their first home! I sold their townhouse and got them in their first home that I won a multiple offer on. I NEVER lose touch with my clients. This was one of the more emotional times I had with someone!

I was interested in real estate when I was 18 and went to a class with my mother. I thought I would never be able to accomplish this and stopped without any support from my family. 25 years later (give or take) I decided to pursue my dream and here I am. Loving every minute! I started with a top producing agent in my area and learned a tremendous amount. Then decided after a year or so to go on my own and build my own business!

I have been in sales most of my life. I was a dental hygienist for 30 years! This profession you are very connected to your patients and have to teach and educate them. My family also has owned real estate for several years and I had been exposed to all of this. There is no class or special training I believe you need to put your clients needs first and educate and help them through the buying and selling process. Knowlege is key and being there for my clients from start to finish is what I do best. I will be closely connected with everyone involved in the transaction so it goes smoothly.
