They said when the time is right it will just happens, and I met Monica at the right time. Throughout the home selling process, Monica Otero has always looked out for my best interests. She did an excellent job of pricing the home, designing a plan and marketing the home's best features to set it apart from other homes in the area. She set parameters for showing that worked for my schedule and always provided feedback from the showings.It is easy to communicate with Monica and she is always accessible. Most importantly Monica was a strong advocate for my interests in negotiating with buyers.
