I would advice Buyers to go to their mortgage lender of choice or hire me as their Realtor, so I can guide them to the right lender. Keep in mind, when Buyers work with Realtors, Buyers don't pay the Realtors for their services, Sellers do. As Buyers, NEVER pay a Realtor/Agent.
Experience Counts, Make sure to ask, how long the agent has been licensed, it could costs you thousands if you hire a rookie just because you know them or he/she was referred to you. Also make sure you hire someone that cares, listens to your needs and will work for you not for their commission. Have the Realtor to show you the value of hiring them. Also a Realtor that would answer his/her phone when you call and don't have their assistant return your calls. I have a team but when you hire me, you talk to me from beginning to the end, guarantee.
