ZillowVERIFIEDI knew absolutely nothing about buying a house, or even getting a loan to buy a house. Monica was the first person that I reached out to getting the process started. She helped me find a loan officer that went through my loan step by step. Then she met with me to find out exactly what I was looking for. No detail was left undiscussed. She even asked me if I NEEDED grass or rock, or if it didn't matter. After giving all the details I was looking for, she sent me a list of about 20 homes the very next day. I chose about 8 homes from that list, and had visited all of them (with her) within about 3 days. Because I was new to buying a home, she was doing all of the things that I should have been doing as a buyer (turning on the faucets, flipping all the light switches, turning on the stove, checking outlets)... EVERYTHING! Once I decided on a house to put an offer on, she came to my inspection, so she could ask more questions for me. You could honestly tell that she cares a ton! All in all, I bought the house, and couldn't be more pleased with my decision! I honestly don't think that I would have bought a house at all if I didn't have Monica on my side. CALL HER!!!!!
