ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I was about to sell my home, the search for a listing realtor began with a referral from My divorce attorney with whom I contacted and met. Oddly enough, she referred me to a friend of hers (Monica Lippe) that I spoke with but decided to go elsewhere. The house was listed but did not sell before the listing had run out. I had decided not to list the house during the winter because of various reasons (my on call job and prompt snow removal was high on the list). The next spring while thinking about relisting my home, I received a follow up call from Monica Lippe. The timing was right and I relisted my home with her. The house sold and the following is a review of my experience with Ms. Lippe;First and foremost my 6 day a week on call long hours job is a pain in the butt, so I let Monica know she would have to chase after me, consistently, due to my sleep deprivation. She came through like a champ and followed up on everything to keep me in line to keep the ball rolling. Along the way the many things that I needed help with was finding a real estate attorney, contacts for water testing, contractors for repairs after the home inspection, etc., etc., and again (lol)) being reminded of time lines to keep on tract, which I asked for due to the job. Time and time again Monica had the answers, phone numbers and information at her finger tips along with the quick response. Looking back at selling my first home, I would have to say Monica has worked quite hard and put up with a seller who was over his head with all the aspects of selling his first home of over 20 years. Through it all she never missed a beat, responded quickly, and was pleasant 100 percent of the time, which shows me her experience of 15 years plus gives her great resolve. I am very grateful for this because I know it wasnt easy for someone to work with anybody like me with constant sleep deprivation. I learned through conversing, that Monica has goals with regards to being a realtor, one to two years in advance, even after being a realtor for a long time, which explains the ease that she has in the day to day tasks of real estate transactions. I think she enjoys her job and I would be quite surprised if anybody that has worked with her in the past (or future) would say otherwise.I hope this review will lend itself to helping the reader understand that we buyers and sellers can be assured that a realtor like Monica knows all the riggers of a home transaction and will definitely make it easier for us.Sincerely,Brian
