    Monica helped me buy my first home. She was excellent! Monica went above and beyond helping me make this possible for me. My situation was very complicated; due to this my closing dates were rescheduled twice. Since my closing dates were pushed back, I now had a dilemma where my rental contract where I was residing had expired. Monica reached out to so many people to expedite my closing. She would work on her days off, late hours of the day, and while she was out of town with her family... I saw how hard she worked, and I am beyond grateful to have had her as my realtor.
