Monica was amazing every step of the way. We live out of state and were referred to her to help us purchase an investment property. We don't know the Memphis area, but felt as comfortable as possible with Monica always being our eyes and ears. She was great about quickly getting out to take videos of each property of interest before we decided to make an offer or not, and was always very honest and straightforward in giving her evaluation of what she saw and knew. We had a fairly smooth first transaction and we owe a huge part of that to Monica. We will no doubt be working together again in the future, and we highly recommend talking to Monica if you are in need of a Realtor in Memphis.

Monica's expertise is to find modern day homes to make you comfortable . She cares about her clients and went above and beyond for my wife and I. She reached out to us on a daily basis regarding house search. She had a quick response on showing houses to us. Once we found a house that we Wanted she researched and located a home inspector and termite inspector immediately. She was a great realtor to work with for our specifications on our new home.
