I represented Mr. Jones in buying his investment home. He had called me for a bank owned property that I listed. The conversation went on for two hours and we became best friends. Not only did he buy the property that he wanted but agreed for me to manage his current principle home and be his marketing person for multi-family units he is building towards the end of the year. I owned a mortgage brokerage business from 2003-2008. I always wanted to sell real estate, therefore it was the right transition when the mortgage industry at the end of 2007 crashed.
