About Mona L Cherkaoui
Real Estate has been a passion of mine since 2000, where I focused on Real Estate Financing and Underwriting when I owned and operated a successful Mortgage Brokerage company. In 2008, I decided I would work with Buyers and Sellers, helping them overcome challenges and find solutions to their Real Estate needs. I represented a large number of Sellers who faced the unfortunate situation of Foreclosure and helped many save and stay in their home. In 2012, I ventured to open a full-service concierge Real Estate company that a plateau of services, including building wealth and Estate Management. I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Masters Degree in Political Analysis and International Relations & Diplomacy. This has really helped me understand how world politics and economics really works. I have the honor to have been awarded Top Producer for several years in a row. Even so, I humbled to say that I get to wake up every day and do what I love. Not only do I get to work with so many wonderful and diverse clients, but I also teach classes and workshops on how to build wealth and generate a passive income. Besides Real Estate, I serve my community and do volunteer work, whether it be at the Chamber of Commerce or feed the homeless. I represented Mr. Jones in buying his investment home. He had called me for a bank owned property that I listed. The conversation went on for two hours and we became best friends. Not only did he buy the property that he wanted but agreed for me to manage his current principle home and be his marketing person for multi-family units he is building towards the end of the year. The relationships I create are not just for transactions but for life.
I owned a mortgage brokerage business from 2003-2008. I always wanted to sell real estate, therefore it was the right transition when the mortgage industry at the end of 2007 crashed.
