ZillowVERIFIEDLooking for a new home is a challenge, both exciting and stressful. If youre at all like my family, spending too much time on Zillow/etc looking at listings for that home that not only checks all the boxes but also has the character youre looking for. Or if youre a glutton for punishment like me, looking at those diamonds in the rough for fixing something up that meets your high-demand criteria in a home. You want it to be perfect, its a big decision, its a BIG INVESTMENT! Then you need help. You need a realtor who can tap into places and listings that escaped your purview. You want someone that you feel is looking at what you want just as much (if not more) than you are. The ultimate team player. It doesnt hurt if they are someone you could also fancy seeing yourself casually kickin it with because the journey youre about to embark on, you want to feel like a friend has your back. My family has moved a lot! And weve had some okay realtors, weve also had some realtors that we still consider friends. Knock, knockaEUR|whos there? Its Molly Walker. My family and I were moving back to the South Shore area after a 5-year stint out of state. We had two young kids at the time, and couldnt come to town to visit homes. Molly gave us video tours for every single property we were interested in; and there were many all over the South Shore. We also had a very unique situation as we were in need of a home with an in-law suite for a parent. There werent many on the market at the time. Molly stepped up, unprompted, and looked at properties that werent on the market to see if anyone might be interested in selling. That kind of commitment blew us away; going above and beyond and not settling was the kind of partnership we lucked out with Molly. Molly has helped us with a few properties (investments and otherwise) since then. I was a bit of a nuisance during the negotiation process. Molly beared with me and was very good at communicating our terms as well as coming up with potential alternative solutions to get to the desired end goal. Shes not only an incredible, hardworking realtor, and a beacon of knowledge in the South Shore community. I have nothing but positive reviews of Molly being the best realtor in town, and happy to know she is someone my family and I can call friends from our experience together.
