It's tough to convey what is like working with someone who is truly a professional in this industry. Most people have a 1-3 real estate transactions in their lifetime. This is often the largest transactions they will ever make. I cannot stress how important it is to select the right person. I've used Molly for 20ish purchases(so far) and 2 sales. The situations we've come across with that many transactions have been quite the journey. Every single time Molly brought me solutions, timelines, and updates to whatever needed done. Her communication is absolutely flawless in every way. I can't imagine how many closings I would've missed or deals I would've lost if Molly was not representing me. Let me tell you something and I can't be any more real when I say this. Molly is fantastic to work with. Communication, call backs, emails. Unbelievable. There isn't enough stars to hit for her. She takes care of business. Not only she is amazing, her team is unreal. She is very patient and she will explain till you understand. She makes you wanna buy multiple houses cause of how she sets it up for you and the work she puts in. She always has something going on and when she is with you, your treated like your the only she is working with. Just stellar.
