After so many years working in this business, I think I have worked with every type of client....singles, couples, families, investors, picky people, laid back people, fun, worry-warts, grateful people and many more!

I was working with a darling couple selling their existing home (which I sold them several years earlier)....they had outgrown the cute little bungalow and baby #4 was on the way. After selling for more than list price, they about doubled their investment on the old home. Finding a new home was quite the challenge as everything was selling as soon as it hit the market. After convincing my buyer to view the home I found them (they hated the "pink" cabinets in the kitchen which they saw online in the photos) the buyers fell in love as soon as they walked in. Turns out the photos did not do the kitchen justice and they realized this was the house for them! Not long after the closing, their little baby girl arrived and they had plenty of room for the whole family! I love what I do!

After college I decided to get my license just to help my husband who was starting up a new real estate firm. That was in 1971. I quickly realized I found my niche and have had a very rewarding career for many years.

We are constantly learning and evolving in our industry. Of course, we are obligated to take Continuing Education as part of our license requirements. Through our franchise, Real Living provides us with training that helps us in all aspects of selling and buying including marketing, technology, law, environmental issues, financing, title, and more.
