WOW just WOW!!! From day one Molly went the extra mile. Being new to the area she provided insight and detail I wasn't aware of regarding insurances, inspections and most importantly my buyer rights. Molly took the time to understand MY needs, yet also kept me on track with finding the right home. I'm very particular and her patience was beyond appreciated. Molly and Ella were fantastic. As a team they provided great feedback and were very receptive of our needs throughout the entire process. Both went out of their way to help during two severe storms that impacted the area volunteering to check on the property in addition to making sure their family and friends were taken care of. Molly priced the property accordingly and we adjusted as needed based on the market and we had complete trust in her guidance. All of the work they put in from the initial proposal to closing made for a relatively stress free sale, as much as it can be stress free!
