I was born and raised in beautiful Shasta County. My husband and I have built a beautiful life here and enjoy many of the amazing outdoor activities with our two boys and dog, poppy. It was so refreshing having Molly as our realtor. We were in a hurry to find a home and have it close escrow within 30 days. Molly found us a house the first day of looking. Molly came highly recommended from a friend and she still exceeded expectations! Even in this difficult market, with a unique property, in 5 weeks she got me an offer and we went into escrow. She's wonderful to work with because she's cheerful and enthusiastic by nature. But more importantly, she's extremely tenacious in solving problems; some unexpected issues came up with my house but they didn't phase her at all...she immediately had ideas for solutions and implemented them ASAP.
