I am a first time home buyer. I was looking approximately 200 miles away. I had sold my mothers home & had an experience with the realtor in that process. I can tell you that Molly Bednar was outstanding by far. She was patient with me and when I asked to look in other areas she was happy to do so. Molly listened to my wants and kept my price range in mind. We walked through several homes. Once we found a home and I decided to make an offer, Molly was right there by my side. Kat Sartori Aug 06, 2024 Bought home in Tucson, AZ in 2024 As a first time homebuyer in an incredibly competitive market who was buying a home in Arizona from another state, I was super nervous. I couldn't walk through the home in person and essentially needed to trust my realtor to give me a detailed rundown / their own opinion based on what I asked for - which, at the time, felt insane. But I got lucky in finding Molly! She worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect home in my price range. She negotiated my needs, was blatantly honest about the price and what she believed was worth my investment and helped me secure a home that I love from 900+ miles away. She was super easy to get ahold of, very willing to explain things to me, and went to bat for me no problem. I N C R E D I B L E . Molly Bednar is an excellent agent. I have dealt with more than a few agents in the past & Molly definitely stands out above the rest. I live in Los Angeles but I have a few properties in Tucson Az. so My biggest worry was who was the right representation for us over there. I met Molly through a mutual friend who kept telling about this amazing agent named Molly. He set up the meeting at My property & in comes this very SUPER positive/confident woman. She introduced herself to Me & My team, she then looked around the house briefly, & within minutes, told Me EXACTLY how this was gonna sell, how fast, how much etc etc etc. Mollys knowledge of the market is spot on, her pricing was spot on BUT she said the house would sell in a week & she was wrong....SHE SOLD IT IN ONE DAY, I think she knew this, but she under promised and over delivered. Her communication with Me & My team was above average, she ALWAYS returned calls, texts & emails in a VERY timely manor. The main thing ,besides her high level of professionalism that stood out, was that we had an issue with our pool & Molly took it upon herself to drive to the property, asses the issue & begin the process to get it back up running as it should, she actually got her hands dirty while doing this & to her it just seemed like another day at the office, I WAS EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE & IMPRESSED. From there, on her own, she hired the appropriate licensed company to finish it off for us, just an AMAZING experience, I could NOT believe it. I highly recommend Molly to ANYONE thats looking for a GREAT agent. Needless to say, we are now working on our second project together . RUDY

It was a pleasure working with Molly on finding and buying land. She was helpful in every aspect of the process, from offering sage advice on land that would and would not serve my needs, to help with the more routine procedures involved in real estate purchases, I found her very supportive and accommodating.
