We?re so thankful we found Moe. We came in with a very specific need, and he really listened to us and kept that in mind the whole way through. He explained everything so clearly without any bias, just being honest about what could work with our need and the property. His knowledge of the market is impressive, but what really stood out was how kind, patient, and accommodating he was, at one point we were tempted to make an offer over our budget but Moe asked us to think over it carefully as he did not want us to be financially pressured. Working with him felt easy and reassuring, for sure I see Moe being part of our family. If we ever need a realtor again, we would be choosing Moe in a heartbeat.

Moe came into our familys life by a chance meeting at an open house that we went to literally for fun. His honest, thoughtful, and caring approach to the conversation made us feel at ease. Moe was so very knowledgeable of the home and surrounding neighborhood while also providing helpful tips to a family thats looked on and off for better part of 5 years. With no pressure, but an empathetic and caring approach, this left an impression on us so impactful, we called him nearly a month later and found him to be exactly what he presented at the open house. Honest, caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, yet diligent and hard working. His unique ability to bring all of the market data to an easy and natural conversation made it surprising when we found out he was not the listing agent of the open house weeks earlier, but a one day stand in. Bringing that much attention to standing in was just the tip of the level of care and expertise that Moe brings to you as a client.
