Mitchell assisted me with both selling a home and purchasing a new one. I was looking to upgrade from my first home and met up with Mitchell to discuss possibly working with him. He explained his process and then really listened to what I was looking to accomplish. After the meeting, it was clear Mitchell would be a great fit for me. My house wasnt quite ready to list, but Mitchell understood the timeline I planned out and created next steps based on that. One thing I really appreciated throughout the entire process was the way Mitchell communicated. Id say thats one of his best qualities. Every step of the way, he kept me informed and answered any questions that arose. He helped me get my house ready for listing and advised on how to stage it so itd show well. At the same time, he set me up on a website to view listings and encouraged me to let him know if I saw anything I liked even though we hadnt listed yet. There were a few houses that caught my eye and Mitchell set up showings for me. I fell in love with the first home we saw and after seeing a few others, I knew it was the one I wanted. The problem was we hadnt even listed mine yet, so getting it was a long shot. Luckily, I had Mitchell on my side. We submitted an offer and after some back and forth, we had an accepted offer. This really sped up my time frame on listing the house I was selling. We listed it and received 5 offers by the weekend. Mitchell explained the nuances of each offer and things he looked for which really helped me decide which offer was the best. After picking the best offer for me, Mitchell was able to better it by negotiating with the other agent. Negotiating is one of Mitchells strengths and in my case it allowed me to get the best deal on both my selling and purchasing transactions. There were some hiccups along the way (none from my side), but Mitchell kept in constant communication with me and with both of the other parties to ensure nothing stood in the way of both deals proceeding. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted when I wanted it and the entire thing was about as stress free as buying and selling a home could be. If I'm ever in the market again, Mitchell will be the first call I make.
