ZillowVERIFIEDTook me a while to write this because I wanted to make sure that I was not writing it in anger or spite. Our experience with Misty was extremely disappointing. She was referred to us and we were out of state so we contacted her and used our daughter in the area to work with Misty. She found a few homes and finally the one that we decided on and our issue with Misty was little or no communication and basically a door opener. Any questions I had about prices in the area or comparative pricing we're met with little to no communication so we kind of winged it and probably overpaid to a certain degree. We never received very much communication from Misty during the process nor did we ever receive a thank you for using me or I appreciate your business with a phone call or email. Upon moving into the house we noticed the lock box was still on the door so we thought at some point we might see her, but that was removed without ever stopping to say hello or thank you. We were from out of state so maybe that had something to do with it but no excuse in my mind for not coming by to say welcome to the neighborhood or thank you. We will be selling our house shortly and needless to say Misty nor her broker will be a consideration for our future business.
