    I reached out to Jerry to find a nice place to live with my girls, and he exceeded my expectations every step of the way. He taught me a lot about Jacksonville living and the Duval way. He was quick and efficient throughout the whole process. I didnt make it easy for him and yet he was always eager and willing to adapt to my wants and needs.     I purchased a single family home in March 2023 and he helped me find an amazing home. He always have my best interest in mind and always encourages me to think about things first before acting and not pushy. Hes very knowledgeable on the real estate business. We have an uncooperative seller and title office but he was able to navigate through it and talk to them in an amazing manner (still with my best interest in mind).

    Gerald sterns made things painless and easy and didn't waste our time on stuff we didn't want. He was patient, knowledgeable and available on our time. We had a lot of fun throughout the process.
