I highly and strongly recommend choosing Missy as your agent. I asked Missy to show us two homes, one her listing, the other wasn't. She knew we were in love with the second home & even said that it met our needs more than her listing did (She's honest!). She is extremely knowledgeable about the area & the housing market. She was able to explain area details and give guidance on local services.As a first time home buyer, I was very lost as to the process, vocabulary etc. She patiently explained everything to me, answered all of my questions promptly & it was a delight to work with her. Missy attended all of our meetings with the homeowner, the final walkthrough & the closing attorney. She answered emails and text messages quickly, usually within an hour.She is a great communicator, detail oriented, hardworking and she will find you your palace.
