We used Josh Morales as our realtor. He was amazing from the get-go. He met us at our requested location. He was informative, patient, and knowledgeable about the location as we were not familiar with the area. We had some bumps in the road with selling our home, none of these had to do with Josh, but he talked us through the ebb and flow and everything turned out great. We got the home that we wanted and we left an amazing house for our buyers. Josh kept us informed all along the way and apprised of any changes or nuances as there always seems to be at least one. Lol We would highly recommend Josh and his agency.
