We worked with Miranda to sell our property in Tahoe after our home was lost in the fire. It was not a simple transaction. There were moving parts, emotional weight, and a buyer who ultimately ended up purchasing both the land and our boat. Miranda handled everything with calm professionalism and steady guidance. She was thorough, responsive, and thoughtful in how she structured the counteroffer and navigated negotiations. At one point the buyer tried to introduce some complexity into the deal, and Miranda kept things clean and focused without escalating tension. She also stayed on top of escrow, documentation, and timelines, which made closing feel smooth rather than stressful. Most importantly, she was steady. Selling a property under these circumstances could have been overwhelming. It wasnt, because she was organized, proactive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Miranda! We started looking for housing in NM from OH, without knowing much about the area--which was nerve-wracking. Miranda gave us a very thorough overview of the areas and we felt very informed about the options for neighborhoods, their pros and cons, and what the local real estate context was. Since we could not visit open houses, she scheduled virtual tours with us for the houses that we were interested in. At a distance, Miranda made the process feel very easy.
